With up to 4200 m² of space in A and B buildings and the possibility of a private entrance and your own reception, it’s ideal as a company headquarters. A and B Buildings can be separated to form their own individual office spaces. Smaller office spaces in each building are also an option.
The views from the offices are amazing and there is the option to combine the roof terrace with your own 6th floor premises. We can tailor a suitable service package if necessary with flexible terms.
The new restaurant Dylan La Ilma has just opened in building A at the beginning of 2025.

Ilmalanlinna is easily accessible by public transport, by bike and by car. Tram no.9 has its terminus stop right in front of the main entrance, Ilmala train station and bus stop are a short walk, and there are excellent cycle routes through central park and from the East and West of the HMA.
